Unlike other exchange programs, the mobility within the exchange program covers higher education institutions worldwide without any geographical distinction. (The regions and countries where exchange can take place annually are determined and updated by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) Board of Directors Decision.)
Students wishing to participate in the exchange program can benefit from the program for a minimum of one semester and a maximum of two semesters of education, while academic staff can teach for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months at higher education institutions worldwide. Similarly, students and academic staff from all regions of the world can come to higher education institutions in Turkey.
Our university (ISTE), starting from the 2017/2018 academic year, has signed protocols with 9 universities worldwide within the scope of the Mevlana Exchange Program. Thus, ISTE will initiate both outgoing and incoming student and staff mobility quickly and effectively.
